Rai IsoRadio ( proper spelling : Rai isoradio ) is an Italian radio station that mainly broadcasts traffic reports (called Onda Verde , in cooperation with the Centro di coordinamento informazioni sulla sicurezza stradale (CCISS)), weather forecasts, addresses from public and government organizations, train information from Ferrovie dello Stato , news broadcasts from the news magazines GR1, TG1 and TG3 and music broadcasts. In cooperation with the Autostrade per l'Italia and the Autostrada dei Fiori , large parts of the Italian motorways are also supplied with an FM signal (mainly on 103.3 MHz).

At night, IsoRadio took over the programming from Rai Radio 1 from 1989 to 2010 , and since April 1, 2010, as part of an expansion that included more editorial content, entertaining content and music content from Italian newcomers , the broadcasting time was extended to 24 hours . Before that, Isoradio broadcast from 5:30 a.m. to 0:30 a.m., but the broadcasting time was extended on special occasions. By mid-May 2008, the program was also broadcast on the medium wave frequency 846 kHz via the now demolished Santa Palomba transmitter in DRM mode.
