Ralf Huwendiek

Ralf Huwendiek (born June 24, 1948 in Eschwege ; † February 11, 2004 in Nuremberg ) was a German radio writer, cabaret artist and songwriter .

Life

Huwendiek grew up in Bielefeld and Düsseldorf . From 1966 he lived in Nuremberg. He studied philosophy and comparative linguistics, among other things , at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg and in Aachen .

In 1980, together with Oliver Bolten , he organized the federal meeting of AG Song (May 16-18, 1980). In Nuremberg he started at Bayern 2 , initially on the show " Zündfunk ". This was followed by the production of programs with young literature, for example Pop Sunday , features and radio experiments such as “With the microphone through the wall” (1989). From 1991 he was the author and producer of the BR culture magazine " Adventures of everyday life - magazine of culture and moods ". He also worked as a literary cabaret artist and as a columnist for the Nuremberg edition of the evening newspaper .

From 1986 to 1995 he ran the gallery T 17 in Fürth together with his partner Bettina Brendel and Achim Schnurrer (at Theaterstrasse 17). Schnurrer also supported him in the production of the CD series Abenteuer des Alltags , which was published by Eins A Medien in 2002 . He also supported him in this production with the Feinton group , founded at the Erlangen Poetenfest in 2000 , which recently accompanied him regularly at numerous appearances.

Huwendiek died at the age of 55 after a heart attack.
