Ralf Lindermann (born December 6, 1960 ) in Altdöbern ( Oberspreewald-Lausitz district ) is a German actor .

Life

Training and first appearances

After graduating from high school, Lindermann initially wanted to become an architect and therefore completed an apprenticeship as a construction worker in the company Ingenieurhochbau Berlin (IHB) . There he joined the company cabaret group Die IHBtiker , which worked closely with actors from the Maxim Gorki Theater . This Linder man came also as an extra of Shakespeare -Theaterstückes A Midsummer Night's Dream used, which brought him to the urgent desire to become an actor. He successfully applied to the Babelsberg University for Film and Television Potsdam . After graduating in 1986, Lindermann got an engagement at the Stadttheater Brandenburg and also worked in numerous East German film and television productions of the DFF and DEFA .

Career start

Together with other young actors, he created a play about youth in GDR schools about the fate of a girl who suddenly fell silent due to the circumstances. The secret message was understood by the audience and the performances were sold out. The culture officials finally had the performance banned. Until the collapse of the GDR, Ralf Lindermann received theater engagements at other theaters in the Magdeburg district and in Berlin.

After the turn

The showing of the GDR films Thank you for the flowers and the series Polizeiruf 110 made the young actor Lindermann known throughout the Federal Republic . Through the mediation of Harald Juhnke, he finally got a long-term engagement in the series Three Ladies from the Grill and was able to assert himself against all the initial reservations of established western actors . From 1995 to 2000 Lindermann worked as Dr. Gregor Lüders in the doctor series produced by Sat.1 Hello, Onkel Doc! With. In addition, until he was hired in 2012 in the ZDF series Unser Charly he played the veterinarian Dr. Max Henning.

Ralf Lindermann married his former fellow student in 1989, today's TV production manager Britta, and they moved into an apartment in Berlin-Karow, where their daughter Laura was born. In 1998 they bought their own home and now live in Wandlitz .

Since 2009 Ralf Lindermann has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the German Childhood Cancer Care Foundation for the chronically ill child in Villingen-Schwenningen / Tannheim in the Black Forest. The foundation is committed to chronically ill children and their families and supports the family-oriented aftercare clinics in Tannheim and Berlin-Brandenburg.
