Raoul Reinert (born March 3, 1975 in Karlsruhe ) is a German film producer, dramaturge, screenwriter and lawyer .

Life

Raoul Reinert graduated from the Albertus-Magnus-Gymnasium in Ettlingen in 1994 . He then studied law in Heidelberg, while he was already sniffing the European cinematic air in Paris with Ciby 2000 and in London with IAC Films. After passing the first state examination in 1999 and completing his legal traineeship at the Mannheim Regional Court , he completed his legal training in 2001, for and alongside which he worked in the media sector at Eurosport in Paris, with the assessor examination. From 2002 to 2004 he completed a postgraduate course in film at the University of Hamburg , today's Hamburg Media School , which he graduated as a graduate film producer with distinction and 30 international prizes for his short films. He deepened his know-how at Zide / Perry Entertainment in Los Angeles and at UCLA. He worked as a producer for Bavaria Film in international co-production until 2006 and for the Studio Hamburg subsidiary Polyphon Film from 2007 to 2009 . Since 2009 he has been the managing partner and producer of Hamburg-based Cuckoo Clock Entertainment GmbH & Co. KG and a licensed attorney trained as a specialist lawyer for copyright and media law . He is a member of the German and the European Film Academy.

Before his film career he won based on the invention of technicians with a chip in the ball and microwave technology with the Cairos technologies AG and its business plan the Innovation Award of the German Economy in the category of start-ups. He also worked as a brand consultant at Merck KGaA .

In 2011 his first major cinema production, The Great Dream, was shown in cinemas. The film received three nominations for the German Film Prize , won 10 international festivals and was sold in over 80 countries. He is also known for the successful TV adaptations of the Dengler novels by crime prize winner Wolfgang Schorlau by film, television and Grimm prize winner Lars Kraume with film prize winners Ronald Zehrfeld and Birgit Minichmayr in the leading roles for ZDF and the comedy series "Jennifer - Sehnsucht nach Was Besseres "(won the German Comedy Prize 2018 in the Best Sitcom category) for the NDR by Lars Jessen u. a. with comedy award winner Olli Dittrich and Klaas Heufer-Umlauf .
