Rayan Aït Nouri (born June 6, 2001 in Montreuil , Seine-Saint-Denis ) is a French football player of Algerian descent. The left full-back is currently under contract with SCO Angers and has been a French U21 international since September .

Career

Rayan Aït Nouri joined the SCO Angers youth team in 2016 , having previously played for Paris FC . On February 14, 2018, he signed his first professional contract with the Scoïstes . On August 25 (3rd matchday) he made his Ligue 1 debut in the 3-1 away defeat against Paris Saint-Germain when he played for Pierrick Capelle in the 82nd minute . In this 2018/19 season he was used in three league games. In the next season 2019/20 he became a regular player under coach Stéphane Moulin . Until a long forced break due to a broken jaw, he played 17 league games this season in which he prepared three goals.

National team

Aït Nouri is a French national but could also play for the Algerian national team because of his parents . On September 5, 2018, he made his debut in the 1-1 draw against Russia in the French U18 national team . By June 2019 he had ten missions in the U18.
