Redeker Sellner Dahs (formerly Redeker Sellner Dahs & Widmaier , formerly Redeker Schön Dahs & Sellner , formerly Redeker & Dahs ) is a law firm based in Bonn and other offices in Berlin , Brussels , Leipzig , London and Munich , for the approx 100 lawyers are active, of which 42 are partners.
history
The partnership is owned by Hans Dahs sen. Back office founded in Bonn in 1929. In 1954, Hans Dahs senior, who had achieved a nationwide reputation as a criminal defense lawyer, and Konrad Redeker merged to form a law firm. This resulted in constitutional and administrative law as a further focus. In 1958, Kurt Schön became the third passenger. He expanded the civil and corporate law area. In 1964 the criminal lawyer Hans Dahs jun., Son of the founder, and in 1968 the administrative lawyer Dieter Sellner expanded the partnership. From 1989 to 2000 there was also an office in Hamburg , from 2001 to 2010 one in Karlsruhe . There was also an office in Cologne temporarily, but this was closed in 2002 when procedural requirements were no longer required.
The law firm established further offices in Leipzig (1990), London (1991), Berlin (1997), Brussels (2003) and 2013 in Munich .
