Renfrewshire North and West is a constituency for the Scottish Parliament . It was introduced as part of the constituencies' reorganization in 2011 as one of ten constituencies in the West Scotland electoral region that emerged from the West of Scotland electoral region . The constituency of Renfrewshire North and West comprises parts of Inverclyde and Renfrewshire including the urban areas of Renfrew , Erskine and Kilmacolm and partially replaces the constituency of West Renfrewshire . The constituency sends a representative.
The constituency covers an area of 183.8 km 2 . In the 2011 census survey, a total of 65,037 people lived within its borders.
