Ričardas Griaznovas (born May 16, 1973 in Ignalina ) is a Lithuanian biathlete . He participated in six biathlon world championships .

Ričardas Griaznovas lives in Vilnius and works full-time as a police officer. In the Biathlon World Cup he made his debut in 1993 in Lillehammer in an individual, in which he was 104th. In 1995 he took part in his first world championships in Antholz . He was only used in the season with which he was 21st. It was also the last World Championship season in Lithuania for the next few years. A year later , Griaznovas was 55th in the individual and 59th in the sprint in Ruhpolding . Also in 1997 in Osrblie , 1999 in Kontiolahti and Oslo , 2000 again in Oslo and 2001 in Pokljuka , he took part in other world championships and continued to achieve places in this area. In the World Cup he was able to achieve his best results in the 1998/99 season with the ranks 29 in the sprint and 28 in the pursuit in Lake Placid , for which no World Cup points were awarded according to the regulations in force at the time. He contested his last World Cup race in March 2001. After the end of his career in 2001, Griaznovas worked for the Lithuanian Biathlon Federation. He became a trainer and, among other things, looked after the Lithuanian biathletes at the 2006 Olympic Games in Turin. From 2006 to 2008 he was General Secretary of the Lithuanian Biathlon Federation.
