In the south runs the wooded nature reserve Möckern-Magdeburgerforth and the nature reserve Magdeburgerforth .

history

In 1514 Ringelsdorf was a desert village. This is evident from a purchase contract dated August 25, 1514, in which Lippold von Arnim acquired the desert village of Ringelsdorf . In 1525 the village was settled again.

Until September 30, 1928 Ringelsdorf was an independent manor district . On October 1, 1928, the Ringelsdorf estate was merged with the rural community of Tucheim and has been part of Tucheim ever since. With the dissolution of Tucheim as an independent municipality on July 1, 2009 and the incorporation into the city of Genthin, Ringelsdorf became part of the city of Genthin.
