The ring wall nunnery is an abandoned early medieval ring wall system 1500 meters southwest of the full castle on a north-east facing mountain nose at 480  m above sea level. NHN high mountain Murrleinsnest in the state forest nunnery of the community-free Bürgerwald near Michelau in the Steigerwald in the district of Schweinfurt in Bavaria .

Only small remains of the ramparts have survived from the former hilltop castle .
