The Staatsforst Nonnenkloster is a 121 hectare community-free area in the Lower Franconian district of Schweinfurt in the Steigerwald . The area is completely forested .

The state forest nunnery is located north of the Stollberg mountain with the Stollburg castle ruins at 476 m and east of the Murrleinsnest mountain at 480 m with the remains of the nunnery ring wall .
