Robert Herman Flock Bever
Robert Herman Flock Bever (born November 4, 1956 in Sparta , Wisconsin , USA ) is an American clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of San Ignacio de Velasco .
Life
Robert Herman Flock Bever received on 9 July 1982, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On October 31, 2012, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . the titular bishop of Forum Popilii and ordered him to auxiliary bishop in Cochabamba . The Archbishop of Cochabamba, Tito Solari Capellari SDB , donated him episcopal ordination on January 17, 2013 ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Santa Cruz de la Sierra , Sergio Alfredo Gualberti , and the Apostolic Nuncio to Bolivia , Archbishop Giambattista Diquattro , and the Bishop of La Crosse , William Patrick Callahan OFMConv .
Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of San Ignacio de Velasco on November 4, 2016 .
