Robert Muthmann
Robert Muthmann (* 10. May 1922 in Barmen ; † 23. March 2017 in Salzweg ) was a German politician and from 1964 to 1972 District Administrator of the district Wegscheid in Lower Bavaria .
Muthmann successfully studied law. For twelve years he was the last district administrator in the district of Wegscheid until the Bavarian regional reform . From 1972 he practiced as a lawyer in Passau . In 1983 he began writing books in genres such as poetry , aphorisms , essays, and art books .
Robert Muthmann was the father of Alexander Muthmann, member of the Bavarian state parliament .
