Rocourt is a former French commune with last 27 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2014) in the Vosges department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). Rocourt belonged to the Arrondissement Neufchâteau and the Canton of Darney . Rocourt has been part of the municipality of Tollaincourt since January 1st 2017 .
geography
Rocourt is located on the upper reaches of the Mouzon River , about 23 kilometers southwest of Vittel . The municipality area, which is very small at 1.86 km², includes a narrow section of land on the banks of the Mouzon as well as the Bois de Rocourt wooded area , where the highest elevation is reached at 434 m. Neighboring communities of Rocourt were Rozières-sur-Mouzon and Blevaincourt in the north-west, Villotte in the east and Tollaincourt in the south.
