Rogers is a city in Bell County and is located in the state of Texas in the United States . 2010 the population was 1218. It belongs to the Killeen - Temple - Fort Hood Metropolitan Statistical Area .

Rogers is located in the southeastern part of Bell County. US Route 190 passes through the city and runs 14 miles northwest to Temple and 17 miles southeast to Cameron.
