Roheničky ( German  Klein Rohenitz ) is a basic settlement unit of the municipality of Rohenice in the Czech Republic . It is located one and a half kilometers southeast of Rohenice and belongs to the Okres Rychnov nad Kněžnou .

geography

Roheničky is located on the right side above the Dědina valley on the Bohuslavická tabule ( Bohuslavice table ). The village lies on a Riedel between the Dědina and accrual Rohenický Potok. State road II / 308 runs on the northern outskirts between Hradec Králové and Nové Město nad Metují . The Kozinec ( 291  m nm ) rises to the northeast, the Lhotecký kopec ( 297  m nm ) and the Bílý kopec or Pytašák ( 299  m nm ) to the west and the Na Čihadle ( 308  m nm ) to the northwest . Towards the north is the Tuří rybník pond. The Choceň – Meziměstí railway runs just under two kilometers to the east .

Neighboring towns are Roztoky, Slavětín nad Metují and Hlohov in the north, Homole and Bohuslavice in the Northeast, Opařiště the east, Pohoří and Podzámčí the southeast, Ostrov and České Meziříčí in the South Malé Meziříčí and Jasenná the west and Rohenice and Šestajovice in the northwest.

history

The village was founded around 1720 by Counts Colloredo-Waldsee on Opočno . Initially the place was called Page Rohenitz , later called Klein Rohenitz . From 1789 the village belonged to the Counts Colloredo-Mannsfeld, they held the property until the middle of the 19th century.

In 1836 the village of Klein-Rohenitz , located in the Königgrätzer Kreis , consisted of ten houses in which 50 people lived. The parish and school location was Mezritsch . Until the middle of the 19th century, the village remained subject to the Opočno manor.

After the abolition of patrimonial formed Malé Rohenice 1849 a district of the municipality Velké Rohenice in the judicial district Opočno . From 1868 the village belonged to the Neustadt an der Mettau district . Since the end of the 19th century the village was called Rohenice . By order of the Linguistic Commission in Prague Malé Rohenice in on June 23, 1923 Roheničky renamed. In 1949 the village was assigned to the Okres Dobruška. In the course of the territorial reform of 1960 the Okres Dobruška was abolished and Roheničky was assigned to the Okres Rychnov nad Kněžnou ; at the same time it was incorporated into České Meziříčí , Roheničky lost its status as a district. Since November 24, 1990 Roheničky has belonged to the Rohenice municipality again. Roheničky consists of 13 properties, including several old farmsteads.
