Rosa Martínez

Rosa Martínez (* 1955 in Soria ) is a Spanish freelance curator , art historian and art critic .

life and work

Rosa Martinez studied art history at the University of Barcelona . She worked at CaixaForum Barcelona from 1977 to 1987 . From 1988 to 2007 she was involved in the organization of international biennials. From the founding of the Museum İstanbul Modern in 2004, she worked there as a senior curator until 2007. She organized group and solo exhibitions in various renowned exhibition houses.
