Rothweinsdorf is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Irnfritz-Messern in the Horn district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 35 building areas with 25,418 m² and 44 gardens on 35,997 m² in the cadastral community of Rothweinsdorf , in 1989/1990 there were 35 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 61 and in 2009/2010 there were 61 buildings on 126 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 239 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 115 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 240 hectares and 116 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 230 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 115 hectares. The average soil climate of Rothweinsdorf is 32.5 (as of 2010).
