Rougui Sow (born June 7, 1995 in Meulan-en-Yvelines ) is a French long jumper .

Athletic career

Rougui Sow gained her first international experience at the 2014 Junior World Championships in Eugene , where she finished seventh with 5.98 m. In 2017 she represented France at the European Team Championships near Lille , where she finished second with 6.45 m. At the U23 European Championships in Bydgoszcz , Poland , she missed the bronze medal by almost two centimeters with a width of 6.46 m in fourth. She then took part in the Summer Universiade in Taipei , where she was fifth with 6.21 m. The following year she reached the Mediterranean Games in Tarragona with 6.29 m ranked ninth. 2019 she was at the European Games in Minsk at 6.39 m Seventh and then finished at the World Student Games in Naples with 6.21 m tenth.

In 2018, Sow became French champion in the long jump. She is a student at the University of South Carolina at Columbia .
