Rrok Gjonlleshaj
Rrok Gjonlleshaj (born February 10, 1961 in Veleža , FVR Yugoslavia ) is a Kosovar Albanian clergyman and Roman Catholic Archbishop of Bar .
Life
After school in his home country, Rrok Gjonlleshaj studied theology and philosophy in Rijeka and received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Skopje-Prizren on August 1, 1987 . He then worked in several parishes, most recently in Pristina .
On April 5, 2016, Pope Francis appointed him Archbishop of Bar. His predecessor Zef Gashi SDB donated him episcopal ordination on May 14 of the same year. Co- consecrators were the Apostolic Nuncio in Slovenia , Archbishop Juliusz Janusz , and the Apostolic Administrator of Prizren , Dodë Gjergji .
On September 28, 2019, he was also appointed Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Kotor for the period of the Sedis vacancy .
