The Ruta 4, Artigas Andrés , is a street in the north of Uruguay .
It begins at an intersection with Ruta 30 about two kilometers from the city of Artigas . In a south-westerly direction, it then crosses the department of the same name and passes Sequeira and Paso Campamento . Thereafter, the Ruta 4 crosses in the area of the Departamento somersault the Ruta 31 and continues through the paysandú department to Piñera . It ends in the Río Negro department on Ruta 90 .
