Sérgio Arthur Braschi

Sérgio Arthur Braschi (born December 3, 1948 in Curitiba ) is a Brazilian clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Ponta Grossa .

Life

Sérgio Arthur Braschi was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Curitiba on July 8, 1973 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him auxiliary bishop in Curitiba and titular bishop of Tipasa in Numidia on February 18, 1998 . The Archbishop of Curitiba, Pedro Antônio Marchetti Fedalto , donated him episcopal ordination on April 14 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the auxiliary bishops Ladislau Biernaski CM and Moacyr José Vitti CSS . As a motto he chose VITA, DULCEDO ET SPES .

On July 16, 2003 he was appointed Bishop of Ponta Grossa.
