Sabrina Fox , née Sabrina Lallinger (born September 26, 1958 in Munich ) is a German author , presenter , and angel therapist . She also describes herself as a " spiritual advisor" .

Professional

Fox began her professional career as a photo editor for the magazine Bild + Funk and then worked independently. Since 1984 she has worked as an announcer and presenter for television, first for Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR), later also for Südwestfunk (SWF, Talentschuppen 1985/86) and then for SAT 1 ( breakfast television , 1987/88, Wahre Wunder , 1990–94, Using Her Lives , 1994).

In 1994 she hosted the Saturday night show Traumjob on ZDF. Six episodes of the show, which was produced for 1.2 million marks each, were planned, but after three episodes the format was discontinued due to the low public response. This setback also led to a reorientation in her life. She came into contact with Transcendental Meditation through her husband Richard . Since then she has been involved in meditation and trained as a state-approved clinical hypnotherapist in the USA .

Sabrina Fox assumes the existence of angels based on personal experience . Since 1995 she has published various books about this experience. In 1998 she began studying sculpture with Jonathan Bickart . She is a frequent guest on talk shows and magazine programs (including NDR Talk Show , Nachtcafé , Herman and Tietjen , DAS ! , Fliege , Menschen bei Maischberger ) and wrote for the magazine Bild der Frau . Between 1991 and 1999 she was a member of the board of the aid organization Hope eV .

Barefoot

Sabrina Fox has been going barefoot at least 80% of the time since 2014, everywhere. She says that since she started doing it, she gave her feet back their freedom, woke them up again and realized that you don't always need shoes. You have z. B. cut her hands more often than she stepped barefoot into a piece of glass. She compares feet with hands and explains that feet only need shoes when hands also need gloves, namely to protect against heat and cold.

Private

In September 1988 she married the American film producer Richard L. Fox and lived with him in Los Angeles . A daughter was born in 1989. In 2004 the marriage was divorced. Shortly afterwards, Sabrina Fox moved back to Munich.
