Saint-Clair-d'Arcey is a village and a former French community with 341 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Eure in the region of Normandy . It belonged to the Arrondissement of Bernay and the Canton of Bernay . The inhabitants are called Arceyrois .

With effect from January 1, 2019, the former municipalities of Saint-Aubin-le-Vertueux , Saint-Clair-d'Arcey and Saint-Quentin-des-Isles were merged to form the Commune nouvelle Treis-Sants-en-Ouche and have in the new Commune the status of a Commune déléguée . The administrative headquarters are in Saint-Aubin-le-Vertueux.

Saint-Clair-d'Arcey lies on the border of the Pays d'Ouche and Lieuvin . Saint-Clair-d'Arcey is surrounded by the villages of Bernay in the north and north-west, Fontaine-l'Abbé in the east and north-east, Corneville-la-Fouquetière in the east, Mesnil-en-Ouche in the south and Saint-Aubin-le- Vertueux in the west.
