Saint-Dizier-Leyrenne is a village and a former French community with 777 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Creuse in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It belonged to the arrondissement of Guéret and the canton of Bourganeuf . The residents call themselves the Courouges.
With effect from January 1, 2019, the former municipalities of Saint-Dizier-Leyrenne and Masbaraud-Mérignat were merged to form the Commune nouvelle Saint-Dizier-Masbaraud and have the status of a commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are located in Saint-Dizier-Leyrenne .
