Saint-Frézal-de-Ventalon is a village and a commune déléguée in the French commune of Ventalon en Cévennes with 154 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Lozère department in the Occitanie region .

With effect from January 1, 2016, it merged with the commune of Saint-Andéol-de-Clerguemort to form the Commune nouvelle Ventalon en Cévennes and has since taken the status of a Commune déléguée there.

Neighboring towns are Saint-Maurice-de-Ventalon in the north-west, Vialas in the north-east, Saint-Andéol-de-Clerguemort in the east, Le Collet-de-Dèze in the south-east and Saint-Privat-de-Vallongue in the south-west.

From 1909 to 1968 the place had a rail connection on the meter-gauge railway line Florac – Sainte-Cécile-d'Andorge .
