Saint-Julien-Boutières is a village and a former French commune with the last 186 inhabitants (2016) in Ardèche, in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It belonged to the canton of Haut-Eyrieux in the Arrondissement of Tournon-sur-Rhône .

It was merged with Intres to form Commune nouvelle Saint-Julien-d'Intres with effect from January 1, 2019 . It does not have the status of a Commune déléguée . Intres is the main town.

The Rimande flows in Saint-Julien-Boutières as a right tributary into the Eyrieux .

The former Route nationale 103 and today's Départementstraße D120 leads via Saint-Julien-Boutières.

Neighboring towns are Les Vastres in the north-west, Intres in the north, Saint-Jean-Roure in the east, Saint-Martin-de-Valamas in the south-east, Chanéac in the south and Lachapelle-sous-Chanéac and Saint-Clément in the south-west.
