Samuel Fischer visiting professor for literature

Since the beginning of the summer semester of 1998, S. Fischer Verlag , the Free University of Berlin , the DAAD and the event forum of the Holtzbrinck Publishing Group have been sending an author to the Peter Szondi for one semester for the Samuel Fischer visiting professorship for literature . Institute for General and Comparative Literature Studies of the Free University (FU) Berlin invited. In addition to teaching at the FU, public readings and events with visiting professors are held in Berlin and other German cities. The visiting professorship enables students at FU Berlin to study literature together with international authors and to work on their own texts. Edition avl emerged from the visiting professorship , in which the results of this collaboration are documented and published.
