The Sanne is a river in France that runs in the Isère department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region . It rises in the municipality of Primarette , near the high-speed railway line Rhône-Alpes , generally drains in a south-westerly direction and reaches the Rhône Valley south of Roussillon . From here it follows the lock canal of Le Péage-de-Roussillon at a short distance and finally flows after a total of around 26 kilometers in the municipality of Sablons as a right tributary into the Dolon , which in turn joins the lock canal about a kilometer further and then into the Rhône flows.
