Le Péage-de-Roussillon is a French municipality with 6680 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Isère in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Vienne and the canton of Roussillon . The inhabitants are called Roussillonnais (es) .

Le Péage-de-Roussillon is located about halfway between Lyon (62 kilometers) and Valence (57 kilometers) on the Rhone . Le Péage-de-Roussillon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Maurice-l'Exil in the north, Roussillon in the east, Salaise-sur-Sanne in the south, Limony in the south-west and Saint-Pierre-de-Bœuf in the west and north-west.
