Eyzin-Pinet is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Moidieu-Détourbe in the north, Savas-Mépin in the northeast, Meyssiez in the east, Cour-et-Buis in the south and southeast, Montseveroux in the south and southwest, Saint-Sorlin-de-Vienne in the west as well Estrablin in the northwest.
