Saint-Pierre-de-Bressieux is a French municipality with 761 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Isère in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes ; administratively it belongs to the arrondissement Vienne and is part of the canton Bièvre (until 2015: canton Saint-Étienne-de-Saint-Geoirs ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Pierrois .

Saint-Pierre-de-Bressieux is located about 40 kilometers northwest of Grenoble at the foot of the Chartreuse massif . The Galaure River limits the community to the south. Saint-Pierre-de-Bressieux is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Brézins in the north, Saint-Étienne-de-Saint-Geoirs in the northeast, Saint-Geoirs in the east, Brion in the east and southeast, Chasselay in the southeast, Roybon in the south and southwest, Marnans in the west and south-west and Saint-Siméon-de-Bressieux and Bressieux in the north-west.
