Estrablin is a French municipality with 3365 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It belongs to the arrondissement Vienne and the canton Vienne-2 as well as to the community association Pays Viennois . The inhabitants are called Estrablinois (es) .

Estrablin is located in the Dauphiné region on the Gère River . Estrablin is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Septème in the north and north-east, Moidieu-Détourbe in the east, Eyzin-Pinet in the south-east, Saint-Sorlin-de-Vienne in the south, Jardin in the south-west, Vienne in the west and Pont-Évêque in the north-west.
