Cour-et-Buis is a French municipality with 879 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Isère in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Vienne and the canton of Roussillon (until 2015: canton of Beaurepaire ). The inhabitants are called Courtois .

Cour-et-Buis is located about 13 kilometers south-east of Vienne am Varèze . Cour-et-Buis is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Eyzin-Pinet in the north, Meyssiez in the east and northeast, Saint-Julien-de-l'Herms in the east, Primarette in the south and southeast and Montseveroux in the west.
