Centrifugal axis

The Schleudersachse is a negative award in the form of a silver challenge cup, which the Bund der Steuerpayers Sachsen eV (BdSt Sachsen) as the Saxon state association of the Federation of Taxpayers awards annually for wasting taxpayers' money in Saxony . Over the course of the year, cases of alleged tax wastage are collected and documented in a black book , one of which is then chosen to be Schleudersachsen.

The "award winners" in recent years were:

The “award winners” often reject the alleged waste of taxes , arguing that the expense was necessary or inevitable. For example, the Meißen district stated in 2009 that it had not requested the issue, and the Saxon Environment Minister defended the state dam administration; from the point of view of flood protection, she rightly decided on the expensive option.
