Black mink on tender skin is a German feature film from 1970 by Erwin C. Dietrich based on the novel of the same name by Heinz G. Konsalik with Erwin Strahl and Herbert Fux in the leading roles.

action

The researcher Professor Dr. Franz Hergarten has to leave his playmate, the blonde Lisa, at home because, as an important keeper of secrets and courier of a certain organization, he is supposed to bring highly explosive and important documents from Germany to New York. An ocean liner is chosen as the means of transport. German security forces are supposed to accompany him and shield him from unwelcome strangers. Hergarten soon realizes that he has some agents of hostile powers who are also keen on the secret papers, and use all imaginable tricks and weapons - including those of women.

Hergarten manages to initially remain undisturbed. A siren named Sybilla appears on board, but she is by no means only interested in the erotic seduction of the German: she also works as an agent and is initially only supposed to monitor Hergarten. Another woman seems even more dangerous - it's Lisa, this time dark-haired. She obviously doesn't have the best of intentions either. Soon it will be tough. Not only are the two women fighting for Franz in order to get hold of his valuable cargo, but also the male opposition leaves no stone unturned and uses all possible weapons - from fists to pistols to a poisonous snake.

Reviews

“The unimaginative plot is accompanied by a striking modesty in the furnishings. The cheap production is also inadequate in terms of direction and presentation. "

"Boring, amateurishly rolled-down agent story with a line-up of more or less veiled ladies. Very unnecessary. "

Kino-zeit.de called the film "a terribly lame agent thriller" and summed up: "With black mink on soft skin , unfortunately nothing happens that is somehow unexpected, and the expected unwinding of all agent clichés is also staged very rigidly."
