In the future, the world's population will be attacked by a virus that will blind all people. When the tribal leader Baba Voss becomes the father of twins, he soon realizes that his children can see. Queen Kane, leader of a powerful tribe, sees her rule endangered and tries to have the children killed.

Production and broadcast
On January 10, 2018, Apple announced that it would produce the television series See in order to offer it on its own streaming service. These were Steven Knight ( Peaky Blinders ) as an author and Francis Lawrence ( The Hunger Games - Catching Fire , The Hunger Games - Mockingjay Part 1 and 2 ) hired as director.
On July 10, 2018, Apple announced that it had signed Jason Momoa to star Baba Voss . On August 1, 2018, it was announced that Yadira Guevara-Prip and Nesta Cooper were also earmarked for leading roles in the television series. Christian Camargos ( Penny Dreadful ) and Hera Hilmar's signing was announced on October 18, 2018.
The film was shot in Vancouver and Vancouver Island (both in Canada ).
