Sekhukhune is a district within Limpopo Province in South Africa . The district is named after the Pedi king Sekhukhune , who ruled here in the 19th century. The administration is based in Groblersdal . At times the district was referred to as Greater Sekhukhune.
The district is divided into four parishes:
- Elias Motsoaledi
- Fetakgomo / Greater Tubatse (created in 2016 from the merger of Fetakgomo and Greater Tubatse )
- Ephraim Mogale
- Makhuduthamaga
