Sesede Terziyan (* 1981 in Nordenham ) is a German actress of Armenian origin.

Life

Sesede Terziyan grew up as the daughter of Armenian parents from Yozgat , Turkey , in Butjadingen (Lower Saxony) and Sulzbach an der Murr ( Baden-Württemberg ). Her mother tongues are Turkish and German. She completed her training from 2001 to 2005 at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin . In 2005 she was co-founder of the Berlin OFF-Theater Eigenreich , where she herself was on stage.

Even before completing her training, Terziyan had appeared at several theaters between 2003 and 2005. For example, she appeared at the Deutsches Theater Berlin in Death of a Salesman , at the Maxim Gorki Theater , at touring theaters, at the Tübingen Theater Summer and at the RuhrTriennale . From 2005 to 2007 she was permanently engaged at the Deutsches Theater Göttingen . Since the 2013/14 season she has been a permanent member of the ensemble at the Maxim Gorki Theater under the direction of Shermin Langhoff .

Sesede Terziyan lives in Berlin and is the mother of one child.
