history
Until the beginning of the 19th century, Seubetenreuth was under the sovereignty of the Bamberg Monastery . The dominant village and community rule in the Franconian area for the sovereignty of the country was exercised by his office Wartenfels , as was the high jurisdiction . When the Bamberg bishopric was secularized in 1802 as a result of the Reichsdeputationshauptschluss and annexed by the Electorate of Palatinate-Baiern in breach of the constitution , Seubetenreuth became part of the New Bavarian territories that were forcibly taken over during the "Napoleonic land consolidation" .
As a result of the administrative reforms in the Kingdom of Bavaria at the beginning of the 19th century , Seubetenreuth became part of the rural community of Wartenfels with the Second Community Edict in 1818 , which also included Daigmühle , Eulenburg , Katzengraben , Oberehesberg , Schafhaus , Schafhof , Spitzberg and Unterehesberg . In the course of the municipal territorial reform in Bavaria in the 1970s, Seubetenreuth was incorporated into the Presseck market together with the entire municipality of Wartenfels on May 1, 1978. In 1987 Seubetenreuth had 37 inhabitants.

A community connecting road coming from the state road St 2195 crosses the village and continues to Wartenfels.
