Sherazade - Tales from 1001 Nights (original title: Sherazade: The Untold Stories, alternative title: 1001 Nights: The Untold Stories ) is an animation series that has been produced since 2017 and revolves around the character Scheherazade from the collection of oriental tales, the Arabian Nights .

Sherazade's friend Karim was turned into a blue monster by a magical potion . Now she tries to help him get back to his normal form and to take his rightful place as Sultan of the Golden City . However, they also have to face many enemies and challenges. They also support characters from 1001 nights, such as Aladin or Ali Baba and his forty robbers.
Production and publication
The series is produced by Hahn Film AG, Toonz Entertainment, Chocolate Liberation Front and 1001 Nights Productions Pty Ltd. The German premiere took place on December 6, 2017 on KiKA . In addition, several radio plays were published on the series.
