Simon Sešlar (born April 5, 1974 in Celje , Yugoslavia ) is a former Slovenian football player . He was a midfielder and now works as a coach.

career

In 1998 Sešlar moved from Audience Celje to SSV Ulm 1846, who were promoted to the second division . There he came in 17 second division games to a hit, the 5-2 in the 6-2 home win on August 13, 1998 against Arminia Bielefeld . At the end of the season he went back to Slovenia to join NK Maribor . After a short stay at Lierse SK in 2002 he went to his home club audience Celje.

In 2005 Sešlar tried his hand at Hapoel Nazareth in Israel , in 2006 he went to AEL Limassol , but his contract was terminated after just one month and he was signed by TSV Hartberg before he returned to Audience Celje in January 2007 . In the spring of 2009 he played half a season for NK Šentjur and ended his career.

Sešlar also played 16 international matches for Slovenia . He made his debut on March 18, 1997 in a 2-0 win against Austria .
