Sinsum / Burhave is the name of a nature reserve near Sinsum in the Lower Saxony community of Butjadingen in the Wesermarsch district .
The nature reserve with the sign NSG WE 096 is 3.1 hectares in size. It has been a nature reserve since April 12, 1980. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the Wesermarsch district.
The nature reserve is located northwest of Burhave on state road 860. It serves to protect a colony of gray herons that are located in the canopy of old trees on the site of a farm. The nature reserve borders directly on the state road and is otherwise surrounded by agricultural land.
