Solmaz is a small town in the district of Tavas in the Turkish province of Denizli . Solmaz is located about 55 km southwest of the provincial capital Denizli and 11 km southwest of Tavas. According to the last census, Solmaz had 719 inhabitants (as of December 2010).

The administrative area of ​​Solmaz is divided into two districts , Gazi Mahallesi and Pınar Mahallesi , each of which is administered by a muhtar .
