Çağırgan is a small town in the district of Tavas in the Turkish province of Denizli . Çağırgan is located about 75 km south of the provincial capital Denizli and 30 km south of Tavas. According to the last census, Çağırgan had 934 inhabitants (as of December 2010).

The administrative area of ​​Çağırgan is divided into two districts , Fatih Mahallesi and Yavuz Mahallesi , each of which is administered by a muhtar .

Between 1960 and 1980, many of the residents emigrated to Western Europe as guest workers. A little more than 2000 people from Çağırgan currently live abroad, especially in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, who mostly visit their hometown during the summer holidays.

The majority of the population is employed in agriculture. Tobacco growing is by far the largest source of income for the population. Wheat, barley, thyme, onions and sugar melons are also grown.
