The US Highway 61 and the Wisconsin State Highway 35 run expanded to four lanes on a common stretch from north to south and the Wisconsin State Highway 81 in a west-east direction through the Town of South Lancaster. The County Highways A and N also run through the area. All other roads are subordinate country roads or partially unpaved roads.
