The Wisconsin State Highway 133 runs parallel to the Mississippi and forms the Wisconsin section of the Great River Road . Coming from the northeast, Wisconsin State Highway 81 reaches its western end point in Cassville. Furthermore, the County Highways Y runs through the east of the Town of Cassville.
