The Wisconsin State Highway 133 and County Highway M and T pass through the Town of Watterstown. All other roads are subordinate country roads and some unpaved roads.

A railroad line of the Wisconsin and Southern Railroad runs along the Wisconsin River for freight traffic , which runs from the Mississippi to Madison and from there to Milwaukee .
