The four-lane US Highways 61 and 151 run in a north-south direction on a common stretch of road and turn west in the south of the Town of Jamestown and leave it via the Dubuque-Wisconsin Bridge over the Mississippi towards Iowa. The highway and the Wisconsin State Highway 35 , which branches off to the south, form the southern part of the Wisconsin section of the Great River Road . Wisconsin State Highway 11 also runs through the south of the town . All other roads are subordinate country roads, some unpaved roads and inner-city connecting roads.
