The Speckenbach is an approximately 13 km long flowing water in the western area of the district of Nienburg and in the eastern area of the district of Diepholz in Lower Saxony .
The Speckenbach has its source south of Wietzen and west of the B 6 . It flows through the 45 hectare Speckenbachtal nature reserve , which belongs to both the Diepholz district and the Nienburg district. In the south-western area of the Siedenburg area it flows into the Siede , a tributary of the Great Aue .
